The filler is made of PP / PE as carrier, superfine calcium carbonate powder and various chemical additives. It has the advantages of large amount of filling, excellent processing performance, good dispersion, large amount of adding, no caking and increasing the whiteness, glossiness and smoothness of the product surface. It also has the multi-functional modified masterbatch which can well dissolve with the matrix resin and obviously improve the processing performance and service performance of the resin.
The composition of CaCo3 filler masterbatch: Calcium Carbonate + Synthetic Resin (Virgin or RecycledPE/LDPE/LLDPE/PP/PVC/EVA/PA/PS/PET/PBT/ABS) + Dispersant (PE Wax ) + Various additives (coupling agents).
